Guys let me say, on this picture you have Greek writing. There are people that can read Greek amongst you.
You should try and read it. The caption below could have been written by anybody.

It says Macedonian Orthodox in Monastiri being harassed by Bulgarian thief gangs.

There are many words that are not clear though so a better photo would give a
better chance to explain what it is about. What is the source of the photo ?

I'M SURE THEY ARE "GREEKS" RUNNING FROM THE "BULGARIAN" IMRO.

OK, I tracked it down ...

Black-and-white photograph of villagers from Strentza leaving their village out of fear of the comitadjis, 1903-1908, Athens, National Historical Museum.

I even found a even better translation, phrase by phrase

OI EK STRENTZA OR8ODOKSOI MAKEDONES
The Orthodox Macedonians from Strentza

WS AI KATOIKIAI EPYRPOLH8HSAI YPO BOYLGARIKHS LHSTOSYMMORIAS
After set their homes on fire by Bulgarian gang of bandits

OTE EGINWN ESFAGH O E8NOMARTHS PAPA HLIAS
and became slaughter of the national martyr father-ILIAS

KAI TO YPTOMA ERRIF8EI EIS TAS FLOGAS ME TA THS SYZYGOY KAI DYO ANHLIKWN TEKNWN TOY
and his dead body bring on fire, together with his wife and his two underage children

AI OR8EAI ISTAMENAI EINE AI XHRAI TWN SFAGENTWN META TOY IEREWS OR8ODOKSWN
The up-standing women (on the photo), are the widows of the men who slaughter together with the priest of the orthodox community

O DE YP¢ ARI8MON1 ADELFOS TOY IEREWS OY ....XEIRA , ....... TON PODA
the first man in the photo is the brother of the priest and he had in his hands
a part of the priest skeleton ( the leg)

OI DIASW8ENTES KATEFYGAN EIS MONASTHRION
The rescued people go to Monastiri (Bitola)

OPOY KAI ANELAMBANEI H IERA MHTROPOLEIS THN PROSTASIAN TWN
and then the holy episcopacy take over their protection

What an idiot you are.

Very reliable source. I'm sure untouched and un-fabricated.

I am trying to not make a judgment. You can claim that the text on the photo is fake,
and it may be.

I just found the translation and I posted it. Reading the text my self, I agree with it.

If I wanted to lie I would have hidden the source,
I brought all the facts I could find and made it available.
