To see the video, click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODaUkwIJ2qc

The question in the video is cut off, so here is the text:

Hello Minister Bakoyannis, I would like to congratulate Greece on assuming the OSCE Chairmanship. The United Macedonian Diaspora looks forward to working with Greece on the many issues that plague Europe, such as minority rights, conflict mediation, post-conflict rehabilitation, democratization, and human rights.

You stated that Turkey must respect minority rights, freedom of religion and freedom of expression. According to the report last week by the Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights the Commissioner remains concerned by Greek authorities’ refusal to recognize the existence of any other minority, except ‘Muslims.’ What prevents Greek authorities from showing greater receptivity to diversity and allowing members of the Macedonian, Albanian, Turkish, Roma, and Vlach minority groups to be identified as such and to express their identities? When does Greece plan to ratify the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, the European Convention on Nationality and the Fourth Protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights and when will the Macedonian, Turkish, Albanian, Vlach, and Roma minorities be granted full minority rights, freedom of religion, and recognition by the Government of Greece?

Thank you for your time.

Hello, my name is Dora, and I am a lying racist from the racist sewer of Greece, you know, the garbage society of Europe where extreme nationalists are the norm.

Would you like me to lie to you about minorities in Greece - just go ahead and ask. We Modern Greeks like to persecute our minorities and the European Union lets us, but I'll be evasive with you as that is what is expected of the FM of a degenerate state like Greece.

Thank goodness we live in a racist toilet like the European Union, I mean where else could we get away with such gross human rights abuses. The EU has the political clout to cover up our "little messes". Thank you Javier, thank you Ollie and thank you Jose Manuel.

But you silly skopyan sklavs sould be asamed to ask me suts questions don't you know I am a pure Arvanite Hellene descended from Demosthenes.

Ok, next question please.

Is Greece a DEMOCRACY? Maybe if the Greek definition of democracy is: Democracy is a country whose politics is based on LYING to their own citizens about being “pure blooded” something connected with a civilisation from over 4000 years ago and NOT mixed with no one else, that they, and ONLY they have the right of EVERYTHING from the history, that everyone BUT them is worthless and useless, and they are “the superior race”, that in their country are living ONLY Greeks and NO ONE else, that only the Greeks have human rights, and everyone else IS A NON EXISTING ISSUE, that they have the right to chose names of the other countries and name of its citizens, that the membership in NATO and EU is giving them a right to spread HATE, DENIAL and breaking of EVERY SINGLE HUMAN RIGHT to the non Greek (“the non existing”) citizens and as a members of that institutions, honouring and respecting that rights is NOT required, the verification of the international laws on human rights in the Greek parliament is NOT necessary and the use and respect of ANY international law is not obligatory, than yes, we can call Greece a “democracy”! :blah

Modern Greece is a disgrace to the name democracy but because it's a member of the Union of European Racists it's allowed to get away with a great deal of non-democratic and abusive behaviour.

Our real problem is the European Union. if the Europen Union was a responsible, decent orgainzation, Greece would have matured into a modern country by now, but because sugar daddy EU is a whore, little Greece is the spoilt bitch of the Union.

I can't agree more maknews!
But what choice do we have? We all know that Macedonia is a pour country, and is very dependent of their financing projests, and normally, becose of that we have to be pro EU oriented.
My question is: WHERE IS OUR MISTAKE, AND HOW SHALL WE SERVE THIS ISSUE TO THE NOT ENOUGH INFORMED COUNTRIES? I'm convinced that more than half of the EU countries are NOT well informed about "the name issue". I think that they are not completly clear with the REAL issue behind it. That is why Greece is making such an effort(lets get serious, the fact that Macedonia is ex-comunist country, and a part of ex-Yugoslavia is giving them a "prove" of our "nationalisam" and "therritorial clames" by automatism! Greece is just adding a oil on the fire. And is working!). SO, WHAT KIND OF STRATEGY SHOULD WE TRY? I mean, WE as diaspora, and the Macedonian government as well.
Should we be more active and demand intervews with the greek politicians, where WE will be in charge and ask the right questions (I know they are avoiding them)? Should we focus on the reall issues behind this all, and try to inform as mush foreighn politicians and media as possible?
I want to see opinions from the members of this forum please.

It's a good question, and one that should also be put to the E.U, because Greece's position regarding what to do with the Macedonian national minority has been backed by Europe, since 1919 - Greece would not be treating its minorities in such a way if it didn't have the backing of the E.U.

That would be something Rogi. Maybe someone can throw an Ajvar pie at her... give her a taste of Macedonia.

Guys it's a Q & A session after a presentation, it's not an interview where UMD can ask a hundred questions

Well done to UMD again for expressing our voice. The Greek FM definitely was very uncomfortable being put on the spot.

Everyone, watch this video closely and scrutinize her body language.

She says a lot more with her face, neck, shoulders and body than she does with words and you can see, so very clearly, where she is lying, where she doesn't believe what she is saying, and where she is upset and where she is telling the truth.

Although she might know how to avoid answering a question, as any politician does, she sure does not know how to conceal the truth.

Thank you all for your comments. UMD continues to educate policymakers on issues concerning Macedonians. We have a great task ahead of us, but with unity, we shall all succeed.

If this economic crisis is the real deal and it keeps getting worse and worse (which it more than likely will -- until America invades Iran) and when the EU can't prop up Greece's racist bullshit any more, which ass is greece going to crawl up? None. It will implode.

On it's way.Hungary on brink of bankruptcy.Austria and Germany having to pump huge amounts
of money into their Hungarian investments to keep them afloat, which in turn burdens the Austrian and German taxpayer even more.Latvia also on the brink.

Ironic really,so much for the Habsburg throne eh?

Trouble is,this will have direct impacts on neighbouring economies.

There is a strong sense of karma that i'm feeling at the moment with regards to the European Union's predicament.
