Here is an interesting article that was published in the London newspaper 'Sunday Telegraph' 27 March 1994 by a person called 'Profile'.

The text is from the book "Greece: The Modern Sequel from 1831 to Present" by John S. Koliopoulos and Thanos M. Veremis, 2002, page 273-274.

And here is the answer to the above article by the then Greek Ambassador in London, Elias Gounaris, which was published 3 April 1994 in the same newspaper

So what can we conclude from the above texts? :P

continuity of language only liturgical most of the immediate ancestors of modern greeks did not speak greek. greek was imposed upon them and taught it was never a peoples langauge.

continuity of culture and the nerve of him throwing in isocrates.

what culture is he talking baout isocrates was quite specific and i can say there wouldnt be much of the isocratian culture left in modern greece.

same old bullshit the arvanovlachs love to spin their web of lies but its slowly but surely being exposed.
