Go and fuck yourselves you christian turks.

that s very constructive komita.

you told me to "go fuck yourself you christian turk". i hate to disappoint you but i am neither a christian nor a turk. i am what i am to the best of my knowledge just like you are what you are. no matter how many times you call me something else, or how many obscenities you use to support it, i ll still be the same person.

i ll just presume from your selection of words, however limited, that you must be a young person, possibly even a minor.

eventually you ll grow up and perhaps you ll realize that life is to short to always be angry at somebody else.

all nations make the best possible they can out of any circumstace, and due to that i do stand by my aforementioned statement that to say that one has been treated unfairly, being a nation or a person, is simply making excuses for ones own shortcomings. once that simple fact is realized, then the true dialogue can begin.

i m not saying that the greeks are infallible. not any more than the macedonians, the albanians or the turks are. what i m saying however is that all nations have to stop putting the blame on somebody else and move on.

if foreign policies were made on attitudes like yours where once confronted with an opinion you don t agree you resort to insults, humanity would have been locked in a perpetual state of war.

take care my friend, and think about the above

what we did to your people is history and believe me when i say this, nobody cares in this world.

all the same nobody cares about what the turks did to the greeks, the russians did to a number of other people etc etc.

all such stories don t last for long. unfortunately the only people to have been able to turn their past suffering into a public relations tool are the jews who are still crying foul despite the fact that the war ended 60+ years ago, and by doing so they help in creating a whole new bunch of antisemitists.

that s exactly what i m saying though. you are blaming greece for what exactly? ocupation of a land that had possibly as many greeks as macedonians, while turks were the majority? of course they did bring the anatolia greeks in to further hellenize the region. would macedonia have done any differently if it was in greece's shoes?

greece acted on it s best interests and it worked, same way all countries do act on their best interest. after the greek civil war they even saw a chance. the cold war was just starting, and the world was all painted in black and white, and since your people were fighting with the communists, however wrong it sounds today, greece with the blessings of the usa and the uk did kick your people out.

thing is this can t be changed anymore, and you have to accept that, same way that greeks don t aspire to recapture istanbul or smyrna (well, most don t anyway... nuts are everywhere). instead of dedicating your resources and energy towards hating others, you might as well do help macedonia in improving its current situation.

maybe in the future you ll be given the chance to see your country as you think it should be, but there are more chances to do so if you actually put your efforts into bettering it instead of fighting for what appears to be today a lost cause.
