Sorry, no idea.
But if I had to joke about it ... find a Macedonian one and try to say the words sounding like a Russian. Then say "merci"?

Is this guy Stevan serious or is he just pulling our dicks?

Hey, where can I get a German-Austrian dictionary?

No idea, but in this case, I gave him the benefit of doubt.

There are three Bulgaran-Macedonian, and Macedonian-Bulgarian dictionaries that I know of.

The first one is from 1965 - published by Kultura Skopje. It is in three volumes (if I remember correctly) with about 30 000 words.

The second one is a private edition from early nineties published in Skopje too (geared toward the businessmen)

The third one is published in Blagoevgrad, Pirin Macedonia, and is geared toward the turism.

If someone was implying that we don't need a dictionary between two close slavic languages, he/she was quite wrong. Let me give you few examples where word sound similar or the same in Macedonian and Bulgarian, but they mean something completely different:

вреди - in Macedonian means "it is valued", while in Bulgarian it means "it makes damage"

мрсно - in Macedonian it means "oily", while in Bulgarian it means "filthy"

I found this, and it's not a complete version but i believe it can still get the job done. Actually it;s English to ________ to ________ translator. You choose 2 languages other than English (Macedonian, Bulgarian) and you get comparison.

http://www.dicts.info/ud.php?k1=164

мачка ,котка
татко, башта

But you will get musch better results if you use English-Bulgarian dictionary, then English Macedonian and compare. There is no good online bulgarian-macedonian dictionary.
