Allow me to challenge your thinking tanks!
Imagine Greece as a tower seeting on one single column. Tha one column is standing on two stones, one is called Southern Greece and one is called Northern Greece.
Macedonia is the morter that holds them both together. Now you have to remember tha Greeks know the truth of the mortar and know that if someone removes it then...BOOM..the tower colapses!
The morter is still fresh only some 100 years old, in the Balkans mortar takes long to set!!!
There is an other tower next to it with its own two stones, that support its own single column, that are called Northern Macedonia and Southern Macedonia but it needs mortar!!
How do you remove the morter to build without destroying?
Dont ask them to give it to you, thats suicide for them. If you steal it you will be cought. If others steal it for you you will have to pay them.
What do you do?

All the demands are reasonable, and the Macedonians should begin asking for more, they have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. I would like to see the Macedonians asking the Greek State to provide health services for Macedonians in their native langauge, i.e., through the use of an interpreter if asked for.

Do you live on earth? Have you been to Lerin, Kostur, Voden, Solun? The Macedonians there hold a doctora in Greek litriture and philosophy, do you know what are you talking about?
You have an Abesedar why dont you have that freely distributed at homes?

He is one very corrupt man and the Greeks know it so they spent big funding his Presidential candidacy.

Soon I'll post just how much (to the dollar) the Greeks in America donated to US Senator Biden.

Biden and Obama alike.

Thanks for the reminder.

I never got around to posting the actual figure of donations from Greek individuals and organisations to Biden's campaign (and Obama's for that matter), and then I forgot about this thread altogether.

One race that is connected to the Obama-Greek tie is for his former Senate seat in Chicago. The man he is supporting is Democract Alexi Giannoulias. If you remember, there was a lot of corruption talk about his banking methods and how he funded the Obama during the Presidential elections. The Greek community is banking on Giannoulias since he is outspoken on Greek issues.

It will be interesting to see if some of our Macedonian friends who are Democrats will help his opponents since this guy seems to be the proverbial "scumbag" according to newspaper reports.
