Yeah!!!

Sisedzam its about time!!

Thursday, 11 March 2010

Turkish company Sisecam will come to Macedonia in order to specify when it will launch the agreed project of constructing a glass factory, says Viktor Mizo, head of the Macedonian Foreign Investment Agency.

Korean company Triview is to build a factory for the production of LCD TVs and computers in Bunardzik. According to the contract, the factory foundation should be finished by the end of the summer.

Moreover, the construction of Agrokor’s purchasing centre is certain, as the company has already paid for the land in Strumica some ten days ago. "These investments were announced already last year, and the Macedonian government, local self-government and the companies worked on preparing the field in order to protect the investments," Mizo said.

The Sisecam investment should make a lot of money for Macedonia.

Hopefully investments will pick up again now that the world is recovering from the GFC.

XRVOL, Thanks for your contribution

I tend to agree and it will save us alot of money from importing glass products, i dont think we have a glass factory in Macedonia. Some people are skeptical about ShisheDzam others are even calling them the next Swedmilk disaster however i hope it doesnt come down to that.
