Dear Mr. McKinley,

As you correctly point out, it would be sufficient to use the "ethnic" identifier to differentiate between the two ethnic groups, i.e., "ethnic Macedonians" and "ethnic Albanians." Another way to differentiate is to talk about "ethnic Macedonians" and "Macedonian Albanians."

The use of "Slav" is, however, entirely derogatory and denies our basic human right to self-identity.
